Admin Clerk Vacancies in South Africa

Job Description :

Daily banking of Cash Sales and Petty Cash
Checking of cash/credit invoices and recording cancelled invoices
Report on credit notes by reason code
Checking for proof of delivery (signature/stamp) for all customers
Liaise with drivers regarding customer, route and stock variances
Capturing of manual documents (i.e. claims for all customers)
Reconciliation of driver settlements and driver shortages
Reconciliation of debtors age analysis
Dealing with queries on a daily basis
Preparing all documentation for scanning
Ensure that all invoices are returned from rounds
Assist with Telesales duties
Assist with switchboard duties
Preparation of general reports
General admin duties as required
